At Queer Energy, we take shipping seriously! Each day, we ship out hundreds of products to satisfied customers in the United States.  

Processing Time:
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll get to work right away! Your order will be sent to our suppliers for verification, customization, quality checks, and packaging, which can take 1-4 days.

Shipping Time:
The shipping time refers to how long it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to you. Economy shipping, this takes 3-8 days, though actual times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can easily track your order directly through our website. While most of our shipping partners provide tracking, please note that we can’t guarantee tracking availability in every case.
